| The restaurant is hosted in the former cellar of the palace, which has recently been restored but still retains original patterns. Both the breakfast room and the restaurant are intimate brick halls suffused with soft lights. It is still possible to admire the underlying original paved street dating back to the Roman Age, as well as the gallery which was used by the Jews when fleeing from Nazi persecution. Traditional specialities from Prague and international dishes; tasty choice menus featuring both meat and fish specialities, starters, vegetables and side dishes; vegetarian dishes, fresh fruit and homemade desserts. The buffet-style breakfast is based on both sweet and savoury specialities and includes homemade cakes, hot croissants, yoghurts, fruit, cereals, fruit juices and many more.
